楊添安,偉德國際1946bv官網(wǎng)副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。兼任中國醫(yī)學(xué)裝備協(xié)會理事會會員、國家留學(xué)基金委建設(shè)高水平大學(xué)公派研究生項目(聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士研究生)評審專家、工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心專家?guī)鞂<摇⒅袊t(yī)學(xué)裝備協(xié)會人工智能和醫(yī)用機器人工作委員會第二屆委員、國際職業(yè)健康委員會工作組織與社會心理因素專業(yè)委員會&老齡化專業(yè)委員會中國區(qū)委員、中國大學(xué)生人力資源創(chuàng)新實踐大賽(HRU)京津冀賽區(qū)執(zhí)委會副主任。
主要研究領(lǐng)域包括人力資源管理、數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型與數(shù)字健康、公共衛(wèi)生政策與管理、社會心理因素與隱性缺勤、老齡化與可持續(xù)發(fā)展、醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)與健康大數(shù)據(jù)、環(huán)境科學(xué)與健康(Human Resource Management,Digital Transformation and Digital Health, Public Health Policy & Management, Psychosocial Factors and Presenteeism, Ageing & Sustainability, Health Industry & Health Data,Environmental Science & Health)。先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目、青年項目、北京市社會科學(xué)基金基地項目,參與多項國家、省部級項目。在國內(nèi)外SCI、SSCI等高水平學(xué)術(shù)期刊以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇,擔(dān)任《Human Behavior and Emerging Technologies》《Human Resource Management Journal》《Journal of Organizational Behavior》《Environmental Health Perspectives》《Health Care Science》《Journal of Social Computing》等期刊編委或?qū)徃迦恕?/p>
主編出版規(guī)劃教材《人力資源管理》《衛(wèi)生人力資源管理》(本研通用),出版學(xué)術(shù)專著《健康風(fēng)險、服務(wù)供給及智慧賦能——實施健康中國戰(zhàn)略背景下我國公共醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生治理相關(guān)問題研究》;多次在美國管理學(xué)年會(AOM)做會議發(fā)言,獲亞洲職業(yè)衛(wèi)生會議優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者獎、第一屆全國數(shù)字健康創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用大賽健康醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)主題賽特等獎、2023CTTI智庫優(yōu)秀成果一等獎、第二屆“醫(yī)療管理與政策前沿”青年學(xué)者論壇一等獎、中國醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生管理青年學(xué)者論壇優(yōu)秀口頭匯報獎、北京市高等教育學(xué)會研究生教育研究分會第十二屆優(yōu)秀高等教育論文評獎活動二等獎、北京市高等教育學(xué)會研究生教育研究分會第十二屆優(yōu)秀高等教育論文二等獎等國家與省部級獎勵。
