The School of Management and Economics keep using elite training mode, advocating the cultivation of all-around talents. In the meanwhile in order to help students know their study plan, career plan, and combine the theory and practice , faculty used the “First Class” system to explore cooperation with enterprises. On December 3th 2017, faculty organized 60 students to go to the headquarters of National Citi Bank . The students attended a mobile class for one day there.
This activity was conducted around five parts. 1 Basic information of The Citi Bank 2 Simple economic knowledge 3 management and competition of property 4 elite project 5 interview skills. Students came to know more about The Citi Bank’s enterprise culture working environment and career future through visit and lecture. After the group discussion they found their shortcomings and they also discovered that they have a long way to go if they want to become a successful administrative talents. At last students showed great aspiration towards The Elite Project, some of them also made up their mind to strive for a bright future.
The reason why faculty held this activity is to train administrative talents for the society. The students combined their professional knowledge with business practice through this activity. During the activity everyone showed their patience enthusiasm and determination ,.They gained knowledge and experience. ,felt the glamour of business what’s more important was that they got their objective of effort.
