Description:
Information disclosure and corporate governance are an important research direction of financial accounting. The establishment of center for information disclosure and corporate governance research can consolidate the research direction of accounting department, improve the research ability of accounting department, expand foreign exchange and cooperation, and cultivate high-level research in accounting field Talent.
The center relies on the National Social Science Fund Key Project, the National Natural Science Foundation and a number of provincial and ministerial level projects. The research results can be shared with well-known universities and research institutions at domestic and overseas.
In recent years, the Center has hosted more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial-level projects such as the National Social Science Fund Key Project, the National Natural Science Foundation Project, ,the Third National Economic Census Research Key Project, and the National Statistical Science Research Program Key Project, and one of the provincial and ministerial-level key research results was approved as an internal research reference. More than 70 papers were published in academic journals and academic conferences at domestic and overseas, including 8 indexed by SCI/SSCI, Nearly 20 indexed by EI, and more than 40 indexed by CSSCI. More than 20 textbooks and monographs has been published and we got 2 computer software copyrights.
