Lecture title:Associate Professor Li Zhe, School of Accounting, Central University of Finance and Economics, was invited to report
On October 5, 2022, [Mingli Lecture Hall, Issue 38, 2022] was honored to invite Associate Professor Li Zhe, School of Accounting, Central University of Finance and Economics, to bring a report entitled "How young teachers balance the dual pressures of teaching and research". Affected by the epidemic, this report was held online, with more than 20 teachers and students from the School of Management and Economics, graduate students and other students attending the report. The host is Cui Yujia, Assistant Professor of Accounting Department, School of Management and Economics.
In the report, Associate Professor Li Zhe shared his three principles in teaching and scientific research work, namely, "practice, research, articles, and results into the classroom", and introduced and imparted experience to teachers and students in combination with his own experience in participating in the Youth Education Competition and his mental journey. The report of Associate Professor Li Zhe fully aroused the interest and enthusiasm of the teachers and students present at the meeting. After the report, the teachers and students actively exchanged and interacted with Mr. Li. The report received a warm response and received unanimous praise from the teachers and students.

Li Zhe, associate professor and master's director of accounting, director of the Academic Exchange Center of the School of Accounting of the Central University of Finance and Economics, and deputy director of the Capital Market Regulation and Reform Research Center of the Central University of Finance and Economics. He won the first prize of Beijing Young Teachers' Basic Skills Competition, the best teaching plan award, the best teaching demonstration award, and the best teaching reflection award. Presided over the National Natural Science Foundation (general program, youth program) and the Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education. Awarded the Best Paper Award by PricewaterhouseCoopers, a scholar with high download rate in Esville. Chinese papers have been published in Economic Research, Managing the World, World Economy, Accounting Research, Financial Research, Audit Research, etc. The English achievements were published in The Accounting Review (UTD24) (FT50), Review of Finance (FT50) and Journal of Corporate Finance.
