On 29 October, a Lunch&Learn academic sharing hosted by the Modern Organization Management Research Centre, was successfully held in Conference Room 418 of the Main Building. The sharing meeting invited Professor Hou Guangming, Director of the Modern Organization Management Research Center, to talk on the topic of organizational management systems research for Chinese practice. More than 20 teachers and doctoral students from the technical economy and strategic management department, the organization and human resources management department, the marketing department, the applied economy department, the national defense economic mobilization center, the modern organization management research center, the scientific research and academic exchange center participated in the sharing meeting. Zhang Xiaobo, the executive deputy secretary of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, also participated in the academic exchange. The atmosphere of the sharing meeting was active.
At the sharing meeting, Professor Hou Guangming combined with the new era, new vision and new background, explained the new demands of the current development of organizational management theory in China, introduced the origin and process of the study of organizational management systemology, combined with the management practice in China over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, and introduced the theoretical design, analysis framework and five principles of the study of organizational management systemology.After the report, the participants and Professor Hou Guangming had a warm discussion and exchange.The sharing meeting was presided over by Professor Zhao Xian, and Dean Wang Zhaohua and Professor Li Jinlin participated in the exchange.
