Speaker Profile:
Liu Tizhong, teacher of the National Economic Mobilization Education and training Center, graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics. Visiting scholar to the University of Delaware for one year. The main research direction is social mobilization for disaster prevention and mitigation, scientific mobilization for equipment development. He presided over major national scientific and technological projects, national key research and development plans, national social science fund and other major scientific research projects; published more than 60 academic papers in academic journals, including more than 30 SCI/SSCI/CSSCI retrieval; published 2 academic monographs and compiled 2 textbooks.
Introduction:
This academic exchange will report on the basic theory of national economic mobilization and the application of national economic mobilization theory in system management in combination with the "system effectiveness analysis" of major national science and technology projects. The main contents include :(1) National Economic Mobilization and Integrated Mobilization Theory ;(2) system Engineering and system Management ;(3) Evaluation method of Management ability of Major Science and Technology Engineering system.
The National Economic Mobilization Education and Training Center was established in 1998. It is a national economic mobilization education and training institution established by the National Economic Mobilization Office on the basis of Beijing Institute of Technology. It is responsible for the theoretical and special training of national economic mobilization cadres in all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), war zones, military and military services, and carries out scientific research and education and training in relevant fields of national economic mobilization. Through the construction of nearly two decades, the center has made fruitful achievements in discipline construction, scientific research, education and training, talent training, international exchange and so on. It has formed a national economic mobilization education and training system composed of continuing education, academic education, degree education and overseas training.
