In order to implement the strategy of strengthening the talents of Beijing Institute of Technology and promote the faculty construction, the School of Management and Economics held the ninth sub-forum of "TeLi Forum" on February 28. The sub-forum invited more than 60 outstanding scholars at home and abroad. Dean professor Wang ZhaoHua, Party Secretary Yan ZhiJun Professor Li Guo, head of the Management Science and Logistics Department, Professor Hao Yu, head of the Department of Applied Economics, Professor Zhang Bin, head of the Technical Economics and Strategic Management Department, Associate Professor Zhao Wei-gang, head of the Management Engineering Department, and teachers and doctoral students attended the forum.
The forum was opened with a welcome speech delivered by Secretary Yan ZhiJun on behalf of the School. Secretary Yan introduced the development and achievements of the School in recent years from the aspects of discipline layout, teaching staff, team building, talent training, and scientific research achievements, and sincerely invited outstanding talents from home and abroad to join the School of Management and Economics.
At the end of the Forum, Dean Wang Zhaohua, on behalf of the School, once again welcomed and thanked the scholars for their participation. Dean Wang said the School attaches great importance to the talent team construction, and efforts to create strong research platform and teaching environment for young talents. This Forum was as an opportunity to show the School’s thirst and eagerness to attract young scholars to join.
