On 4 July 2021, the first "Integration of Management and Economics" Doctoral Academic Forum was held in room 241of the Main Building. Professor Wang Zhaohua, Dean of the School of Management and Economics, Professor Li Jinlin, director of humanities and social sciences, Professor Xia Enjun, department heads, doctoral students, and summer camp students participated in the Forum. The Forum was hosted by Associate Professor Deng Jianwei, Director of the Graduate Teaching Center.
Dean Wang Zhaohua delivered the opening speech. He highly affirmed the significance of the Forum, and at the same time hoped that all graduate students could reach the forefront of the academic research in different fields, listen to the academic lectures from famous teachers and experts in different research directions, draw energy for their scientific research training, and wished the forum a complete success. Professor Li Jinlin and Professor Chen Songsheng respectively made wonderful academic reports on the quality of graduate student training and the latest research results published.
Subsequently, 11 doctoral students from management science and engineering, business management and applied economy gave academic reports. Ji Menglei, 2019 class of Management Science and Engineering was awarded the first prize in the forum. Li Hao, Fu Jingtang, Fu Zhengtang and Zheng Lu, 2020 class of Energy and Climate Economy, won the second prize; Ai Xianleng, Li Rui, the 2018 class of business administration, and Li Lunrong, doctoral students in Management Science and Engineering won the third prize.The participating professors presented certificates and took a photo with the winners.
